Anyone who watches The Daily Show with Jon Stewart is aware of the host's disdain for conservatives. Okay ... maybe it's not disdain but it's pretty close. So, our senior U.S. Senator "Kit" Bond will have to be on his guard when he appears on the show Monday night.

The man from Mexico ... Mexico, Missouri, that is ... will be talking about "The Next Front," the book he has co-authored with journalist Lewis M. Simons on the spread of Islam in Southeast Asia. It's probably a safe bet that Stewart will have more on his mind than Muslims in Indonesia when he talks to ... and probably tries to poke fun at ... Kit Bond.
